Intact spine and cover. No loose pages. Some minor handwriting on pages 5 and 12 only. Some page corner fold over. Minor page and inside cover tanning. The cover has color fading, minor creasing, corner and edge wear. We only deliver our packages using USPS. NO MEET-UPS OR HOME DELIVERY , and no UPS or Fed Ex (too far from our home to drop off packages).
